P & F enterprises, Inc. has been based in the Florida Marketplace since 1985 providing the highest quality of service for their customers.  The past 25 years attributes to experience, dedication, growth, and success in working in various markets.

Business Background/History

The Co-Founders of P & F ENTERPRISES, INC., Peggy and Frank Saunders started in 1985 licensing themselves and the company to install and repair manufactured homes with the State of Florida.  As the business grew, P & F started a hardware store that included M/H and RV repair parts and fasteners.  Their company gradually entered warranty repair contracts with M/H manufacturers and in 1999 added contracts with major insurance companies repairing M/H storm damage.  The company serviced Alabama, Georgia and Florida.  A transport division was established and the company also contracted to transport construction equipment from the Auctions to the various ports in the Southeast to be shipped overseas.   Our transport division also hauled many products including Northern Hay and sold to feed stores and large ranchers in the Central Florida Area.  P & F incorporated in 2003 at which time the company gradually closed down the repair contracts and installations of manufactured homes.  The transport division was in good shape with our overseas contracts until our buyers cut back on purchases late 2008 into 2009.  At that time we started restructuring and looking for other services to build upon and acquired A-B-C- CPR+ with certified instructors to train in CPR & First Aid.  We are currently adding Independent Wings which will buy recycled and new mobility equipment to sell in the after market.  We are looking at supplying our clients service contracts to maintain the equipment but also offer a repurchase program to the families that have lost loved ones and no longer require a power scooter, lift bed, walker, or wheelchair.  We will work with the manufacturers of new equipment as well and do the warranty service on those units.  Our company has dealt with many markets and have been successful and we look forward to providing other products and services to a new base of clients.

Payment Policy

We currently accept PAYPAL Payments only to provide the highest encryption security for your purchases.  Major credit cards can be used without setting up a free account.  However, if you do get a free account, you then have the option of a transfer from your checking account and those sites that offer paypal or another method of payment processing gives you the option of not entering your sensitive financial information but using your PAYPAL account that is secured within your profile on the PAYPAL system to make the purchase.

Shipping Information

Ship with USPS or Federal Express and have products that direct ship from the manufacturer or supplier.

Return Policy

P & F ENTERPRISES, INC. will work with all our customers if there is a problem with an order.  Our email address is provided to contact us along with our office phone number.  Goods purchased qualify for a return authorization.  Upon receipt, and if the item has not been damaged, P & F ENTERPRISES, INC. will refund the cost of the item less any shipping and handling charges.  If the purchaser has a PAYPAL account, we will directly transfer the refund to that account.  If not, a check will be mailed to the recipient at the address provided on the return authorization form filed with the company.  All Services provided are non-refundable, i.e. CPR training courses, however, rescheduling of your attendance to take the class can be arranged.
